One hundred students and faculty will meet in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications for the 20th Cocky's Super Ad Poll to watch the big game and critique the lineup of Super Bowl commercials on Sunday, Feb. 12. The commercials will be evaluated on likability, persuasiveness and brand identity. Results from the class poll will be posted on Wednesday after the class meets for final voting.
Alumni and friends can vote online for their favorite ad. The poll will open at the
conclusion of the game and results will be announced Wednesday, Feb. 15.
Each year the advertising team that creates the winning commercial is invited to campus to receive the coveted Cocky Award and share behind-the scenes stories in the making of the commercial.
